Do you accept custom orders? 

No. We have decided to stop taking custom orders at this time. Please see our MUG collection for new characters created and available for purchase. They are made one -of-a-kind and will remain available one (1) design per mug.

What medium do you use to decorate your mugs?

We use high quality polymer clay. 

Polymer clays are baked/cured and glued twice on the mug using super glue. Polymer clay is non-toxic. However, your safety is our top priority, please take note which hand do you use for holding the mug, decorations are meant to face outward and away from the drinker's mouth.

When buying mugs for your kids, we recommend adult supervision as sometimes kids can fiddle with decorations thinking it’s edible.

 Do you ship overseas?

We ship Australia wide for all our items. However, if you are an overseas buyer please contact us first before checking out and we can work out the best option for you.

As shipping depends on weight, we can give you a quote before you go ahead with your order and to also check whether we can ship it to your country. 

Do you have any mug care instructions? 

Yes! When you buy a mug, special care instructions is included. Since the mug is decorated with polymer clay, it is no longer a regular mug. Extra care is needed to keep its quality for a long time. The wear and tear of the mug is dependent on usage and care. 

Just like any ceramic, porcelain or glass the mug and decoration can break or chip overtime. Minor breakages are generally fixable by using super glue.

Please avoid scrubbing the decoration when washing it. 

HANDWASH ONLY. Please do not put in the dishwasher.

DO NOT MICROWAVE.

As an owner you have the responsibility in taking care of your collectible mug to maintain its quality and aesthetics.

What do you use for packaging?

We try our best to package your items as safe as possible using sustainable materials. However, sometimes we may need to use plastic cello bags to protect our stationery. Our materials are both sourced locally and overseas. Most products are produced in Australia and also handmade.
