Here at Mrs. Haniku's we encourage individuality and uniqueness hence our artwork.

My drawings are all done on paper using watercolour paints.

They are translated in different products that you will see on our website.

We expect you to respect our artwork. Do not reproduce without our permission.

We don't tolerate abusive behaviour and we can choose to refuse transactions if we receive unacceptable behaviours verbally or in writing.

Choosing us, means you trust our art and style. If you place a custom order with us you agree to leave the design and composition of the item with us after requests have been confirmed.

We will endeavour to fulfil all custom orders as fast as we can but please allow extra time for creating your custom product on top of shipping time. Again, this can change at anytime depending on how busy the business is. If you have any query please don't hesitate to contact us.

You agree to process payments through our website. We use Square as our payment gateway through our website. We protect your information and will not use it for anything else aside from processing your orders. When you subscribe to our emails, you agree to receive updates from time to time from Mrs. Haniku.

Prices and availability of products can change at anytime. This is based on availability of materials and products we are selling and cost to run a certain product line.

Customers have the responsibility to check website or our social media platforms for updates.

From time to time, Mrs Haniku will run some deals or promos. Mrs Haniku nominates time and validity period for these deals. However, in the event that a product becomes unavailable, we can change or remove a product from the website.

Please make sure that you agree with our policies before proceeding with your transaction with us.

All normal orders are processed within 3-5 business days and will be shipped once item has been packed. Usually Monday or a Tuesday.
For mug orders it will be posted once it has cured and ready for transit.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with your confirmation order.
When your order has been shipped, your order is no longer our responsibility if your delivery is delayed or lost.
If your product arrives broken due to transit, please send us a picture of the damages immediately to info@mrshaniku.com we will review the images and please refer to our refund policy.
Please allow additional 1-3 business days creation time for custom notepads plus shipping time.
Please allow 1-3 Business days creation time for our Custom Mugs plus shipping time.

Refund Policy

Refunds on Custom Orders

After you have purchased a mug custom order spot. You will be asked to provide facial details of the person to base design from.
Since mug decoration is done by hand, each mug is OOAK (one of a kind) and cannot be exactly replicated.
There is no draft for custom mugs, once details and preference has been confirmed, customer has to leave the design to maker. Feel free to check our Instagram account for our style and our past work.
Once order is confirmed full payment is required and proof of payment before we start your custom mug.
No refund can be given when order has been started.
If you change your mind, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order.
No refund can be given if order is cancelled after 24 hours. Please understand that since we are doing everything by hand. We usually cannot resell custom pieces.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days.
Due to the handmade nature of polymer clay, sometimes your idea may not reflect the outcome you wished for. For example, the shape of your piece may crack and chip these can happen in the process of baking or assembling pieces on the mug,
If unforeseen circumstances happen, we will be in contact and will update you of your new order timeline if needed to repair or remake.
We try our best to keep our customers happy, but in an event where you are not happy with your custom order, we cannot offer a refund. However, feel free to keep the mug, contact us and we will meet halfway to make it more fair for both parties.
Once the custom mug/s leave our premise it is no longer in our hands how the item/items will be handled by the couriers. This is the reason why we prefer if customers to choose express shipping. Less days on the road less chances for damage.

RETURN/REFUND: (excluding custom orders)

If you change your mind, we accept returns within 14 days from date of purchase.

Returns are at customer's expense. Items must be mailed to us in excellent condition suitable for reselling.

Refunds can be processed within 7 business days, granted that items are not used or damaged.
